I often work with folks who have burnout, trauma or PTSD, chronic or mystery illness, and issues related to women’s heath and aging.

Sessions include trauma-informed somatic tools, embodiment, breath work, neuroplasticity practices, lifestyle wellness coaching, and more – individualized for each client.

Yoga therapy is wellness…simplified. The way we move and breathe, think and live can affect how we feel. We have the ability to bring balance into these different areas, and then the body knows what to do to move toward healing.
